04. terms of service

non-commissioned works

i. you are allowed to repost my art anywhere as long as you put credit into it.ii. all of my non-commissioned works should not be used commercially. this applies to all of my original works and fanart.iii. you are not allowed to trace my art for any kind of monetary gain. what you can, however, is to do them personally without posting the finished result.iv. my art may not be used for AI generation or NFT purposes. if this is ignored, it will result in a blacklist.

commissioned works

i. if you wish to use my work for commercial purposes, please message me first about it.ii. you are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of your commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens. use of artwork for any advertising/profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.iii. payment is always done after sketch. please do not pay beforehand. i will also not allow any refunds unless if i'm unable to finish the work.iv. any large edits requested after completion can add extra cost unless it was something evident in the reference that I missed.v. an invoice will be sent to you, and as per paypal's tos, i will cover the paypal fees from the sent invoice.vi. chargebacks will result in a blacklist.vii. as a client, you may not claim credit or modify the finished commission.viii. as the artist, i retain original copyright and ownership of the commission, meaning that i'll have the green light to post the finished commission on social media, and can use it for portfolio or commission example purposes unless otherwise stated.ix. i fully have the rights to decline a commission order without stating a reason.
